MSC, our new miniature sized stainless steel guides are designed with 2 rows of balls carried in grooves which are ground in a gothic arch at a 45 degree contact angle. This design allows equal load carrying capacity in all directions; radial, reverse-radial and lateral.
The ultra compact design, coupled with the extremely low coefficient of friction, makes the series suitable for smaller machines.
Much care has been taken to assure that lubricant is routed evenly to all balls. This design criterion provies for optimum performance in running accuracy, service life and reliability in any orientation.
The use of engineered strengthened synthetic resin in the ball recirculating system allows the guides to run exceptionally smoothly and very quietly.
