Our commitment to you is to provide reliable automation and motion solutions on time and on budget. That commitment is at the core of our response to COVID-19.

Accu Tech USA is actively monitoring the novel coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak globally and in the U.S. We are closely following the guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health authorities to continuously monitor the situation and evaluate our operational response plans.

Our preparedness efforts include providing ongoing guidance and resources to our employees to mitigate the spread of acute respiratory illness, lessen the potential impact of COVID-19 in our facilities and maintain business operations. At this time, we do not anticipate any disruptions to our ability to provide products and services as a result of the outbreak.

Air Freight Shipping Rates due to COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the global pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, Accu Tech USA has seen a sharp increase in freight costs for a number of shipping channels, impacting a particular segment of our product lines, dependent upon port of origin and size of shipment.  

In order to maintain consistency across quotes for all our customers, we will not be altering unit pricing.  However, if an order is placed within a window of time that is impacted by this global health crisis, we reserve the right to amend our pricing based on freight costs imposed at time of order processing.  

Our Production department will strive to mitigate the impact of this flux pricing, and potentially offer any alternative shipping methods that may be available.  If you have an order that is impacted, our team will contact you to determine the best path forward. We must all work together to solve the unique challenges we will face in the coming months, and we are committed to maintaining our high standard of quality and customer service.
