Accu Tech USA, the leading provider of automation and motion solutions, today announced it has hired two new employees to support company growth. Accu Tech USA’s new team members, Megan Chiles and Steve Levine, further strengthen the company’s commitment to provide the highest level of customer support.
Megan Chiles has joined the Accu Tech USA engineering team as an Application Engineer. In her new position, Chiles will provide technical sales support as it relates to customer applications/projects, product specifications and quoting.
Chiles graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to her academic honors, she was an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, and participated in Engineers without Borders where she assisted in designing a new water pipeline for a community in Jamaica.

Steve Levine has joined the Accu Tech USA production team as a customer service representative. In his new role, Steve will be responsible for responding to customer requests, processing orders and supporting our sales team.
Steve joins us from a variety of customer support positions spanning the last 20 years. Most recently, Steve served as the manager of customer service and logistics for two divisions of The Coca Cola Company.

In addition to the new hires, Accu Tech USA has promoted Hunter Harrison to Production Analyst. In his new role, Hunter will be responsible for communicating new orders to vendors, meeting customer quoted lead times, and providing customers with current order status information.
Hunter has most recently worked in our production facility at our Youngsville, NC location and has experience in operation management, supply chain management and service management. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
